Apparatjik.  All possible ages in a constant flux within the time-space continuum. The outland, ZONE WYXXz 75. observing super-symmetry and cleaning up stray particles/dancing wildly somewhere out close to the hubble horizon/dealing with the unusual consequences of humanoids eating köfte.

Der wohl bizarrste REFlection kommt von der Band Apparatjik. Mit Antworten, die doppelt so viele Fragen aufwerfen und einer mystischen Anonymität, die neugierig macht. Folgendes ist bekannt: Apparatjik besteht aus Coldplay-Bassisten Guy Berryman, dem Mew-Sänger und Gitarristen Jonas Bjerre, dem a-ha-Gitarristen & -Keyboarder Magne Furuholmen und dem Musikproduzenten & Drummer Martin Terefe.

Klingt verrückt? Ist verrückt! Die vier Jungs verstehen sich als künstlerisches Musikprojekt und leben den Leitspruch “4 Can Keep A Secret If 3 Of Them Are Dead”. Die Musik? Definitiv nicht aus diesem Raum-Zeit-Kontinuum: Experimenteller elektronischer Indie-Rock, dem seine legendären musikalischen Ursprünge deutlich anzumerken sind. Nachdem sie 2009 erstmals auf der Bildfläche erschienen, veröffentlichte die Band letztes Jahr das erste Album namens “We Are Here”.

2011 gehen Apparatjik gänzlich neue Wege und machen anlässlich einer außergewöhnlichen Kooperation Halt in unserer schönen Hauptstadt. Am 26. & 27. März präsentiert smart “The Apparatjik Light Space Modulator“ in der Neuen Nationalgalerie/Berlin. Dort performt die Truppe zwei exklusive, multimediale Live-Shows – einzigartige, interaktive Kunstinstallation inklusive.
